Permit to conduct business activity within SEZ
The administrative and legal basis for benefiting from public aid in SEZ is a permit to conduct a business activity within the Zone issued by the Management Board of SEZ - Krakowski Park Technologiczny Sp. z o.o. (en. Cracow Technology Park).
Permits to conduct business activity within the Zone are granted in a tender procedure or negotiations procedure announced in the form of invitations published in the press operating on a national scale.
Business projects that are to be implemented in this Zone are assessed by negotiations and tenders committee.
